Heights Estate Agents choose MRI Sales and Lettings to drive efficiencies and growth

Focussing on residential lettings and sales, Heights Estate Agents is based in Hampshire and operates across Southern England, managing 90 properties after only two years in business. The company covers up-market housing in sought-after areas, targeting professional individuals, couples, group sharing and families.  

With ambitions of growth, and the desire to compete with high street branches, the team at Heights Estate Agents found that their management system was not meeting their requirements. As a company that places emphasis on the efficient use of new technologies to gain an edge and provide a high standard of customer service, it was important that their operations were supported by a state-of-the-art technology stack.

The team embarked on a thorough research process for an alternative system, and after watching many demos for different systems and providers, they found MRI Sales and Lettings. Integration with other providers 

The team at Heights Estate Agents uses a range of tools to manage their lettings and sales, such as Zoopla, Canopy, and On The Market, as well as property and operations management tools like Fixflo. 

With their previous system, duplication of data entry across different systems was slowing processes down and causing inefficiencies within the business. However, thanks to MRI’s ethos of creating open and integrated solutions, the team can now integrate all their other tools and systems to eliminate the need for duplicate data entry. 

Adding value to the business 

Heights Estate Agents currently deal mostly with lettings, with 90% of their business dealing with rentals, and 10% with sales. However, now that their operations are more streamlined, they can work on building up the sales side of the business. 

The team is also planning to expand other arms of the business once the new system has gone live, by implementing MRI Engage to provide tenants with a self-service portal, and MRI Secure Sign to streamline document execution, allowing the team more time to drive a new revenue stream for the business via property investment sourcing and consultancy.
