Dermot Briody

Dermot Briody is Senior Vice President and Executive Managing Director, EMEA for MRI Software. In this role, he oversees MRI’s European strategy, including its execution and the resulting P&L. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the company’s global workplace management solutions business for real estate occupiers.

Dermot is an enterprise software leader with nearly 25 years of experience, including international management and directorial roles. As Executive Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East, Dermot oversees sales and operational responsibilities for the global operations of MRI’s acquired businesses in the region as well as the pre-existing MRI operations in EMEA.

Before joining MRI, Dermot served as Regional Director of Misys Financial Software (now Finastra) in Asia for four years and in Europe for another three years.

Dermot has an MBA (Distinction) from Henley Business School. He graduated with First Class Honors from University College Dublin with an MBS in International Marketing and has a primary degree from Trinity College in Natural Sciences.

Mark Fairweather

Mark Fairweather is the Managing Director of MRI Software for Africa. Mark joined MRI Software through the acquisition of MDA Property Systems and now leads the African presence for MRI Software based in Cape Town. Before joining MDA Property Systems, Mark ran an offshore software development company focused on custom development for the global real estate market. Mark has worked in a number of different roles through his career, with a keen focus on customer experience.

Mark’s focus is to continue to grow MRI’s presence on the African continent, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction during this exciting time of growth for the company.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree, with honors, from the University of Cape Town.

Colin Greer

Colin Greer is the Vice President for Global Support In EMEA and joined MRI Software through the acquisition of Qube Global Software in 2017.  Based in London, Colin leads the support team, comprising of Client Support and Technical Managed Services with operational centres in England, Ireland and South Africa. With over 30 years experience in Real Estate Software, Colin has performed numerous management roles including Product Development and Professional Services.  As head of Professional Services in Qube Global Software he oversaw the implementations of significant software solutions in the real estate commercial and occupier sector.

Colin moved into the Client Support arena in 2014 and his focus is to continue to grow MRI’s support capability in parallel with the company’s rapid growth, emphasising excellent client experience and satisfaction.

Colin attended Queens University, Belfast and holds an honours degree in Economics and an MSc in Computer Science.

Deborah Matthews

Deborah has held technology leadership roles in the private and not-for-profit sectors for over 13 years. Her career began working for a technology company in the Horse Racing Industry before starting an eight-year tenure at Beyond Housing as Head of ICT & Procurement, during which she qualified as an ITIL Expert, building a programme to implement Service Management Best Practice as well as delivering on many significant business change and product implementations.

For many years Deborah has been a supporter of women in technology and has participated in events and campaigns to encourage more diversity into the technology sector, promoting the endless opportunities that a career in technology has to offer.

Deborah has a Bachelor of Science (with honours) in Computer Studies from Teesside University.

James Lavery

James Lavery is the marketing Leader for MRI Software in EMEA and is responsible for the region’s marketing strategy and demand generation, where his team promotes a range of solutions covering the residential property, commercial property, investment and social housing sectors.  James joined MRI though the acquisition of Qube Global Software in 2017 and now takes a central role in developing global marketing strategy initiatives.

Since starting with Qube in 2004, James has been successful in a range of sales, customer service and marketing roles, being promoted through the organisation to his current position.  Prior to this, James held sales and marketing positions within the construction and marketing services sectors and also undertook lecturing activities in marketing within third level education.

James holds a primary BSc degree and a Masters in European Business plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.

Marcus Scholes

Marcus Scholes is the Vice President of EMEA Professional Services for MRI Software.  Marcus joined MRI through the acquisition of Real Asset Management in 2017 and based in London, he now leads the practices responsible for client delivery.  Marcus is building versatile and robust teams to deliver solutions for the real estate sector with a focus on professional delivery and great customer experience.  Having worked in a number of different roles across his career, he has over 20 years’ experience in the sector, including 6 years in the United States where he built and lead a successful software business.  Marcus holds a BSC (Hons) Science degree from Queen Marys University London and is also Certified in Business Management from Boston University.

Neil Harrison

Neil Harrison is the Vice President of Software Development for Europe and is responsible for the creation and continuous enhancement of products built in the region as well as workplace management solutions that are developed globally. Neil’s ethos for product development is for his teams to be innovative and aspire to create products that client’s really value and trust.

Neil joined MRI in 2017 via its acquisition of Qube Global Software and brings 35 years of real estate software industry experience. Over this period Neil has been engaged in the development and launch of new products, the modernisation of products and the creation and launch of new offerings such as cloud based product services.

Neil has a MBA from the Open University and a Bachelor Of Social Sciences from Keele University in Law and Economics.

Paul Manning

Paul Manning is the Vice President of Sales for MRI in Europe and the Middle East. He is responsible for the execution of the company’s European Sales strategy and has overall responsibility for all of the European clients and new prospects.

Paul is an enterprise software sales leader with more than 30 years of experience working mainly in International business development roles. As Vice President of Sales for Europe, Paul is responsible for the sales and account management of all newly acquired businesses as well as the pre-existing clients and prospects in Europe.

Prior to MRI, Paul served as International Business Development Director at Capita Education Software Services where he established a new business in India.

Paul has a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Stephanie Sinko

Stephanie Sinko is Vice President of Talent Management for MRI Software and has been with the company since 2012. In her current role, she oversees MRI’s Talent Management function for Europe, Africa and India.

Stephanie is an experienced global HR leader with nearly 12 years of HR experience. She has taken on leadership roles based in USA, Australia and the UK, with a focus on international employee expansion through mergers and acquisitions. As Director of Talent Management, Stephanie oversees all HR and Recruitment responsibilities for EMEA & India including workforce strategy and planning, employee relations, global benefits plan design and total compensation, employee engagement & culture, immigration & compliance, management training & coaching and more. She is passionate about enhancing the ‘employee experience’, while partnering with leadership to improve and expand the business.

Stephanie has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University and has held her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification for over 10 years.
