Patrick Ghilani

Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2006, previously holding the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Patrick spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. As President & COO, Patrick led corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion.

With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for both SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), as well as for technology consulting services firm, UBICS, Inc. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.


John Ensign

John Ensign is President of MRI Software and has been an executive with the company since 2010. He most recently held the position of President and Chief Legal Officer. In his current role, John oversees all international operations at MRI Software as well as MRI’s shared services, including global client support, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, partnerships, talent management, employee relations, and benefits.

Before joining MRI Software, John was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, LLC, a provider of property management software in the small to medium business space. John started his legal career with Bricker & Eckler LLP where he practiced corporate law with a focus on high growth companies. Prior to his legal career he served as an independent human resources consultant. He began his career at College Craft Enterprises, Ltd., a contracting company based in Chicago, where he focused on sales and operational management and new market development as a Division Vice President.

John earned his Master of Laws in Business and Taxation as well as a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.


Russ Butler

As Chief Technology Officer of MRI Software, Russ Butler is responsible for setting the company’s technology strategy and leading its global product development teams. Russ joined MRI in 2018 and brings three decades of proven experience leading high-performance software organizations to drive product delivery excellence, innovation and business results.

Prior to joining MRI Software, Russ held executive leadership roles at Oracle, MICROS Systems, IBM, AT&T, and other leading software organizations. Most recently, as Vice President of Product Development for Oracle’s Hospitality business unit, Russ led technology development for the division’s software, hardware, and cloud offerings. His experience encompasses full product lifecycle responsibilities for application and enterprise software, including strategy, product management, agile development, DevOps, and release management.

Russ received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.


Bruce Duner

As Chief Financial Officer of MRI Software, Bruce Duner is responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial strategy and operations. With more than 30 years of leadership and experience as an enterprise software and healthcare operating executive, Bruce has a consistent track record of transforming business strategy into financial and operational success.

Most recently, Bruce was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Accela, a market-leading provider of SaaS-based solutions for local and state governments. His previous roles include CFO of Bomgar Corporation, a provider of remote support and privileged access security software solutions; CFO of Surgical Information Systems, a leading provider of surgical and anesthesia software for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers; Chief Accounting Officer at Mariner Health Care, a $1.7 billion Nursing Home Company; and CFO for Wonderware, an industrial automation software company.

Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Mandira Mehra

Mandira Mehra serves as the Chief Marketing officer and Senior Vice President of Occupier Solutions at MRI Software. In these roles, she leads the company’s marketing organization while overseeing and setting strategic direction for the firm’s global corporate occupier business.

Before joining MRI in 2016, Mandira held leadership roles at both private and public technology companies, which range from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. During the more than 15 years she spent at these firms, she spearheaded the development and execution of strategic branding and marketing initiatives, along with demand generation programs. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Internap, a global internet infrastructure provider. Previous positions included Vice President of Marketing Communications, Solution Area TV at Ericsson; and Vice President of Marketing at GoldPocket Interactive. She began her career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Company.

Mandira holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.A. from Harvard University.


Phil Trudeau

Phil Trudeau is the Chief Sales Officer at MRI Software, joining the organization in 2014. Phil comes to MRI from SAP America where he was VP of Enterprise Field Operations.

Prior to SAP, Phil was VP of Sales and General Manager at Domin-8, a property management and accounting software provider that was acquired by RealPage, Inc. His previous roles include EVP of Worldwide Sales & Services at Incentive Technology (formerly Centive), and as VP of Sales with ADP.

Phil received his bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Management from Bentley University.


Dave Carner

As Senior Vice President for MRI Software’s Multifamily business unit, David Carner is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Residential business. David joined the company in 2017 with more than 25 years of experience leading both public and private equity-backed multifamily technology organizations.

Most recently, David was the Senior Vice President of the Resident Division at First Advantage Corporation, the world’s largest background screening company. Previously, he held multiple senior management positions at RealPage, where his responsibilities included product management, operations, business development and marketing. He served as President of both LeasingDesk and CrossFire during his 18-year tenure at RealPage.

David holds a BA Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.


Chuck McDowell

Chuck McDowell is the Senior Vice President of Commercial and Financial solutions. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning and management of these solutions across the globe. Since joining the MRI consulting team in 2007, Chuck has held a number of key leadership positions, including a strong focus on providing clients with innovative and high quality implementation and training services. In his previous role as Vice President of Global Professional Services at MRI, Chuck led a number of major initiatives, including the creation of the MRI Enterprise Learning Library (MELL), the development of MRI’s Client Experience Program, and managing some of the largest implementations in the company’s history. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and professional services, Chuck has spent the majority of his career working in the real estate market within all major sectors across the globe.

Prior to joining MRI, Chuck was a long-tenured management consultant with Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) where he focused on leveraging both software technology and process improvement to deliver solutions to the global real estate industry.

Chuck holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (Accounting) from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.


Stan Price

As Senior Vice President for MRI Software’s Investment business unit, Stan Price is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Investment solutions, which include products obtained through MRI’s acquisitions of Integratec and Cougar Software.

Stan co-founded Integratec in 2002, where he successfully managed the company’s client relationships and delivery, operations management and strategic planning. Previously, he served in leadership positions at AGL Resources and its affiliates. Stan has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, business development, engineering, and strategic planning.

Stan received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.


Dermot Briody

Dermot Briody is the Executive Managing Director for MRI Software in Europe and the Middle East. He is responsible for the European strategy, its execution and the resulting P&L.

Having joined the MRI team in late 2017, Dermot brings more than 20 years of business experience and more than 10 years of management and directorial experience to MRI Software in Europe. As an experienced enterprise software leader, Dermot holds sales and operational responsibilities in the region, including the acquired global operations of Qube Global Software, Real Asset Management (RAM) and CML Software as well as the pre-existing MRI operations in EMEA.

Before joining MRI, Dermot served as Regional Director of Misys Financial Software (now Finastra) in Asia for four years and in Europe for another three years.

Dermot has an MBA (Distinction) from Henley Business School. He graduated with First Class Honors from University College Dublin with an MBS in International Marketing and has a primary degree from Trinity College in Natural Sciences.


Marc DiCapua

Marc DiCapua is the Senior Vice President of Global Services, which encompasses MRI’s Global Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS Services. He is responsible for driving MRI’s strategy for continued delivery excellence, productivity, quality, and consistency at all client touchpoints across the globe. As an MRI veteran of over 20 years, Marc has held leadership positions within various areas of the organization, including Product Management, where he helped drive the strategic development of MRI’s Commercial Management, Foresight and Accounts Payable product lines, and within Professional Services, where he led implementations of many of MRI’s largest institutional clients.

Prior to MRI, Marc worked as Manager of MIS at The Yarmouth Group, a subsidiary of Lend Lease Corporation, where he implemented a full suite of networking technologies, as well as the MRI Property Management and Accounting Applications across their entire portfolio. Marc began his career as a Staff Accountant with Northern Lake Properties, a real estate investment and property management company.

Marc attended the University of Toledo in Ohio.


Mark Fairweather

Mark Fairweather is the Managing Director of MRI Software for Africa. Mark joined MRI Software through the acquisition of MDA Property Systems and now leads the African presence for MRI Software based in Cape Town. Before joining MDA Property Systems, Mark ran an offshore software development company focused on custom development for the global real estate market. Mark has worked in a number of different roles through his career, with a keen focus on customer experience.

Mark’s focus is to continue to grow MRI’s presence on the African continent, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction during this exciting time of growth for the company.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree, with honors, from the University of Cape Town.


Sarah Jialanella

Sarah Jialanella is the Vice President of Talent Management for MRI Software and has been with the company since 2010. She is responsible for developing and directing MRI’s talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, and retention.

Sarah’s expertise has been instrumental in creating a cohesive human resource strategy and culture throughout each of MRI’s global office locations. As a member of MRI’s leadership team, Sarah is passionate about partnering with other leaders in the company to cultivate an environment where top talent will thrive and grow.

In addition to being a certified Professional in Human Resources, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Public Relations and Marketing from Marietta College.


Roman Telerman

Roman Telerman is the Vice President of Finance for MRI Software and has been with the company since 2010. He is responsible for managing the financial strategy, operations, and forecasting for MRI Software. Roman uses his financial leadership experience to help drive growth, scalability, and profitability for the company.

As a member of MRI’s leadership team, Roman is passionate about helping shape the products and services used by our clients each day.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Roman holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cleveland State University.


Paul Wahltuch

Paul Wahltuch is the Managing Director of the MRI Australia office. Paul joined MRI Software in 2015 through the acquisition of Cougar Software Inc. He worked as a Director of Enterprise Solutions and as a Development Manager at Cougar for a collective 14 years prior to the acquisition.

Paul brings extensive expertise in software development to his regional leadership role, including experience managing multiple teams of developers, consultants and third-party vendors on three continents, developing products and bespoke solutions. Through his more than 20 years in the industry, he has the proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex software projects and enterprise roadmaps.

Paul graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a B.S. in Computing.


Stephen Wilson

Stephen Wilson is the Managing Director, Business Development for APAC and is responsible for growing MRI’s business presence in the region. He also oversees sales throughout Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in management to this role with a focus on business development, account management and regional software compliance. Stephen was previously based in Singapore for 14 years where he pioneered MRI’s footprint in this region, building local teams, growing the client base and regional product innovation. Stephen is committed to driving efficiency while providing value to clients through collaboration and communication.

Prior to MRI Software, Stephen worked for DST International as a Senior Consultant, implementing a range of investment management and real estate software solutions to customers in the ANZ marketplace.

Stephen attended Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.


Georgia Yanchar

Georgia Yanchar is General Counsel of MRI Software and joined the company in 2020. Georgia brings more than two decades of experience representing clients in a wide variety of technological fields, with an emphasis on intellectual property and information technology issues.

Prior to joining MRI, Georgia was Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Group at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland, where she was elected Partner in 2009 and a member of the Executive Committee in 2016. She previously was an attorney with Jones Day, Cleveland and New York, and with Goodwin Procter of New York.

Georgia holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Georgia is licensed in Ohio and New York, as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.


Sarah Zinkie

Sarah Zinkie is the Managing Director of the MRI Canada office and joined MRI in 2012. Sarah is responsible for Toronto-based Investment Solutions, Global Professional Services, and Support, and she provides regional leadership for Canada.

Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry in both small and large internationally recognized organizations. Sarah spent the first 10 years of her career at IBM in professional services, support and IT roles, eventually managing the Middleware and Cloud software implementation services group. Most recently, Sarah led the professional services, support and corporate operations for Camilion Solutions, enterprise software for the insurance industry (acquired by SAP in 2013), through a period of rapid growth, including the creation of a dedicated Software Support organization and Process Optimization program.

Sarah holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University and has her Professional Engineering designation.


Brian Zrimsek

A well-known subject matter expert, industry panelist, and trusted advisor in the real estate tech market, Brian Zrimsek is Industry Principal at MRI Software. Brian leverages his experiences as a former client, IT leader, and Technology Analyst to help shape product strategy and direction. Brian is responsible for product management and direction for MRI’s Residential solutions.

Brian joined MRI in 2014 as Chief Product Officer and has more than 25 years of large-scale enterprise software experience, most recently as an IT Vice President at The Irvine Company. Prior to Irvine, Brian was VP of Research at Gartner, Inc., where he provided executive advisory services within the enterprise software arena. He spent the first decade of his professional career as a Management Consultant with Andersen Consulting, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen focused on enterprise software.

Brian received his B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
