Get to know the visionaries of Sunshine Falls

Xavier

The Property Manager at Sunny Vista Flats

He/Him

Xavier enjoys playing football for Sunshine Falls FC

The Build-to-Rent Community

Xavier is that cool guy everyone wants to know. He started out as a leasing agent and recently made the leap to become the property manager of the newly built, high-end Sunny Vista Flats community. From hosting top-notch onsite events to securing the latest in self-serve portal technology, he ensures his residents are experiencing the best in luxury living from the second they submit their application. Xavier also prides himself on the personal touches. Sure, he knows the city like the back of his hand, but he also makes it his business to know everyone’s business. But, of course, not in a gossipy way since we don’t gossip much in Sunshine Falls. But rather in a “let me plug you into the community” type of way (sunny but messy note: the “loose lips” brigade meets on Saturday mornings at Sips at Sunrise). Take a look at the PropTech Xavier is using from MRI Software to keep Sunny Vista Flats running smoothly.

Stan

The Housing Director at Falls View Community Housing

He/Him

Stan is a voracious reader and founded the Sunshine Falls Braille Book Club

The Social Housing Community

Stan is legally blind, but those who know him best can easily see that he wears his heart on his sleeve. When he was only 8 years old, Stan was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye condition that resulted in him losing most of his sight. Luckily for him, following the diagnosis, his parents heard about Sunshine Falls’s amazing healthcare and social programs and decided to make their way toward the utopian city. Upon arrival, the family moved into Falls View Community Housing—a social housing community where rent prices are reasonable, crime is low and building compliance is high. Today, as the Housing Director for that same community, Stan is committed to giving back and providing other struggling families the opportunity to thrive. Take a look at the PropTech Stan is using to provide high-quality social housing and create exceptional resident experiences.

Michelle

The Property Manager at Lightray Ridge Properties

She/Her

Michelle enjoys hiking and photographs the idyllic beauty of Sunshine Falls

The Block Management Community

Michelle is a purse collector and all-around social butterfly who never meets a stranger. Of course, in school, she was the classroom chatterbox in chief and became quite adept at losing the “talks too much” notes her teacher, Mrs. Meadows, would send home to her mother. But eventually, Michelle’s gift of gab found a home. Since obtaining the necessary qualifications from The Property Institute, her gregarious personality has served her well as the property manager for Lightray Ridge Properties. Michelle thrives in the dynamic, fast-paced property management profession and loves to make life easier for her clients. Sunny but messy note continued: Michelle is the unofficial founder of the “loose lips” brigade that meets at Sips at Sunrise. She loves a good cup of “Tell It Tea.” Take a look at the PropTech Michelle uses to boost leaseholder and resident satisfaction, save money and gain time back in her day.

Ava

The Owner of Sips at Sunrise located in Aurora Plaza

She/Her

Ava loves travelling to coffee-producing countries. This year, you can catch her in Brazil

The Occupier Community

Ava is a Sunshine Falls native. After graduating from Sunshine Falls Academy, she went to university and earned a degree in computer science. In 2015, however, she followed her passion and became one of the city’s many entrepreneurs when she opened her coffee shop, Sips at Sunrise. For the last three years, she’s won Barista of the Year and consistently uses her highly-developed palate to produce unique blends that titillate the taste buds of Sunshine Falls’s coffee lovers. Her Daybreak Delight blend is a customer favourite, incorporating a harmonious combination of rich, caramel and nutty undertones that are balanced by a subtle brightness reminiscent of a crisp morning sunrise. It’s the perfect way to start the day on a high note. Take a look at the PropTech Ava uses to gain the insights she needs to uncomplicate compliance and prepare for the future.

Abby

Property Manager at Falls View Tower

She/Her

Abby volunteers with a non-profit organisation that teaches children sustainable agriculture

Commercial Property Management

Abby’s family owned one of the many farms in Sunshine Falls, so she grew up with a healthy appreciation for the rich, black soil that yielded a bountiful harvest every year. Her love of farming eventually led her to become vegan…but not the judgy kind. She often joins her meat-eating friends for dinner after work at Moo-Lite Steakhouse—a local restaurant that boasts delectable options for its veggie-bound and carnivorous patrons alike. Two years ago, Abby became the property manager for Falls View Tower. Built with a focus on minimising energy consumption, reducing carbon emissions and decreasing waste, it was one of the first sustainable, wind-powered skyscrapers in Sunshine Falls. In her spare time, she loves promoting ESG awareness among the city’s commercial businesses. Take a look at the PropTech Abby is using to gain the operational visibility she needs to conquer complexity and build the future she imagines.

Summer

Estate Agent at Summersby Estate Agency

She/Her

Summer loves all things music and sings at the local piano bar

Estate Agents

Summer’s passion for helping people find a new home runs deep. You could even say it’s genetic. Since her grandfather, Cornelius, founded Summersby Estate Agency decades ago, bringing smiles to first-time homebuyers’ faces has been the family business. After earning her degree in estate and property management, Summer became one of the top estate agents in Sunshine Falls and made it her business to cultivate relationships with all the buyers and sellers in the city. Recently, Summer and a group of like-minded agents helped found the Sunshine Falls Association of Estate Agents to ensure local agents are adhering to the highest industry standards. Estate agents often say it’s difficult to find the time to manage their business and keep up with changing customer expectations. But that’s not Summer’s story. See how she’s using the latest PropTech from MRI to improve productivity, work efficiently and delight customers.

Klau Dee

Roams above Sunshine Falls

Them/They

Klau Dee loves throwing shade

Cloud Services

As the only cumulus cloud in Sunshine Falls, Klau Dee is kind of a local celebrity, and they know it. The picnickers and loungers at Daybreak Park are always trying to sit under them. Sometimes, Klau Dee obliges, but most times, they just make their way to the mountains to dump a bit of heavy rain. And it’s in those moments, as they’re replenishing the waters of Clear Skies Cascades, that Klau Dee sassily thinks, My stratus cloud cousins could NEVER. Take a look at MRI’s Cloud Services to see where Klau Dee gets their confidence.

MRI Agora Platform

From the roads to the electrical grid to the waterways, the Sunshine Falls Public Works department maintains the intricate infrastructure network that powers this utopian city. In the same way a public works department for a modern city is responsible for the infrastructure that keeps the city running, MRI’s hyperconnected technology platform, MRI Agora, integrates every tech solution and data touchpoint used by the owners, operators and occupiers of Sunshine Falls’s buildings. And for good reason. It’s no secret that the real estate industry generates vast quantities of data every day, but as volume increases, visibility across different applications is limited. Through the AI-powered connectivity provided by MRI, businesses around the city can break down data silos, improve visibility across their operations, reduce manual processes and gain valuable insights to make better decisions.
