The location module stores all the parent/child relationships between properties, sub-blocks, blocks, schemes etc. with a flexible user-defined hierarchy up to the whole stock level. All general property information can be stored including user-defined attributes and the information required to form the basis of an Assets & Liabilities Register.
The survey module stores component records, along with data from surveys undertaken, in a structured format which enables easy reporting and analysis. Used for stock condition surveys, risk assessments, damp & mould surveys or any other structured data collection requirements, this module will allow costed programmes to be produced and can trigger task creation in the Task Management module. The asbestos module has been built to allow you to collect data and meet the latest legislation requirements. It calculates risk scores, is fully compliant with HSG264 and keeps a detailed history of inspections and actions. Data is shared with housing systems and through a portal.
