We understand how business critical our systems are to your organisation and to your customers. The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities is our number one priority.
Mitigating the risk of COVID-19
We are committed to making sure that our business continues to operate effectively whilst the situation evolves. We have taken the following measures to ensure business continuity:
- Travel restrictions – We are working with our customers to offer remote based consultancy and meetings.
- Working from home – To minimise the risk of infection and therefore loss of service, employees are all enabled to work from home. Customers can continue to contact us in the same way as normal.
- Virtual meetings – We are making the best use of our technology to conduct virtual meetings internally and with our customers and suppliers.
- Extensive knowledge / expertise – Many of the MRI team are able to work in multiple roles across departments, should the need arise. All of our support desks will continue to function and MRI will endeavour to ensure all customers are fully supported in the normal way across all our systems.
We are well prepared to provide the high-quality service you expect from MRI Software.
