Native Residential deploys MRI Software’s AI-Powered Property Management Solution

Native Residential, one of the UK’s largest third-party Build-to-Rent operators managing in excess of £5bn mixed-use and living assets, has partnered with MRI Software, selecting MRI Horizon^TM and MRI Contract Intelligence.

Fuelled by high-profile client acquisitions and the expansion of its commercial and mixed-use operations, Native Residential is set to roll out the market-leading commercial property management and accounting platform across its diverse 6,000-unit living and 1mn sq. ft commercial portfolio.

MRI Horizon will cover all aspects of commercial lease management, property management, financials and client reporting. The integration of MRI Contract Intelligence will enable Native Residential to leverage MRI Software’s advanced AI capabilities to abstract and structure data from lease documents, ultimately enhancing their client onboarding process.

The decision to implement Horizon for commercial management came with a secondary goal: to streamline all financial processing for Native Residential across residential and commercial into a single platform. As a result, Horizon will cover accounts receivable and payable functions across the mixed-use and living operator’s entire management portfolio.

The project is run in conjunction with REdirect Consulting, a long-standing MRI Software partner and respected industry consultant who will lend their expertise client-side.

MRI Horizon is a mixed property management and accounting system successfully implemented across several asset classes for both owners and operators. The solution sits within the hyperconnected MRI Agora^TM platform, which drives smarter business decisions through integrated data and unified user experiences. The platform enables shared services, including AI-powered MRI Contract intelligence, industry-leading FM solution MRI Evolution and the customer-centric portal technology MRI Engage®. MRI Software’s solutions are used to support over 30 ARLA members.
