Centrick Consolidate Business Functions with MRI Software Solutions
Centrick, one of the UK’s largest independent managing agents, provide services to over 26,500 properties across the UK. Since 2021, they have used MRI Qube® Property Management for their core block management operations.
Following the sale of their high street agency business, one of Centrick’s core objectives was to streamline their rapidly growing build-to-rent and significant block management services onto a single property management and accounting platform – creating a faster, more seamless experience for residents and enhancing management insight and reporting for clients.
Building on their existing MRI Qube PM system, Centrick has adopted MRI Sales and Lettings, MRI Secure Sign and MRI Engage® solutions to complete the full end-to-end residential suite available from MRI Software.
This integration, which is focused on making the onboarding journey for new and potential residents swift and easy, enables Centrick to market units, provide digital application journeys and customised resident engagement platforms, as well as cover all their core property management and accounting needs.
The MRI LivingTM suite offers a complete residential solution covering marketing, leasing, property management, accounting and resident engagement for all property tenures. Successfully implemented across owners and operators, MRI’s solutions support over one-third of ARL members.
