Social Housing Podcast: Episode 2: Resident Voice Index™ - Neighbourhoods & Communities with HACT

The second episode of our social housing podcast series explores the results around Neighbourhoods and Communities from our first Resident Voice Index™ report.

We explore the findings from the survey, which gathered almost 4000 responses from social housing providers, alongside Billy Holt, Market Insight Lead, HACT (Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust), one of our Resident Voice Index™ partners.

Billy gives his response to the findings so far as well as exploring the role housing providers can and do play in neighbourhoods, alongside Doug Sarney, Solutions Principal, MRI Software who is our visionary lead on this project.

Billy and Doug also reflect on how we are calculating an index score, HACT’s social value calculator and how the provision of local facilities and community spaces impacts on residents’ sense of belonging.
