PRODEA Investments Partners with MRI Software for Cutting-Edge Property Management
MRI Software, a global leader in real estate technology, is pleased to announce its partnership with PRODEA Investments, Greece’s leading real estate investment company.
PRODEA Investments, which holds an extensive property portfolio totalling over €3.0bn, sought a user-centric property management platform capable of maintaining detailed information about its property assets, ensuring data integrity and flexibility to manage a wide variety of portfolio types and leasing structures.
Other core requirements included cloud functionality to streamline processes and protect against data loss, as well as the ability to integrate seamlessly with PRODEA Investments’ finance system to speed the process of producing regulatory reporting.
