Dandi Living select MRI Software to power their growing Build to Rent portfolio
An integrated designer, manufacturer, developer, and operator, Dandi Living are at an exciting stage in their growth, bringing in key hires to bolster their diverse and talented operational team. Led by Paul Brooks, Chief Operating Officer and Sam Smith, Director of Operations & Leasing.
Dandi Living went to market in search of a technology solution to cover lease and property management, accounting and all the reporting needs for their investors. They selected MRI due to its reputation as a UK developed residential solution capable of supporting key areas of operations, whilst allowing integration to third party leasing and resident portals This flexibility was paramount to Dandi Living, ensuring that they have the choice and to work with different technology partners as they scale the business around the core platform provided by MRI.
MRI Living Professional is an end-to-end residential management platform that supports one-third of the UKAA membership base. It’s 3 key components of leasing, customer engagement and property management and accounts can be deployed together or individually to suit the needs of any operator in the BTR space.
