What’s new in Property Tree this October
This month, we give you new features that are designed to make your lives a little bit easier. Here are the feature enhancements this October that you can now access:
Link a print template to Auto Communications
You now have the flexibility to attach mergeable form notices to email templates AND automated communication templates for inspection notices eg Form 19, Form 9 etc. Both providing a nice little time (& sanity) saver in getting inspection notices with legislative forms out to tenants in just a few clicks.
Common Property
You can now add designated common areas for both residential and commercial properties. A new Property Type ‘Common Property’ has been created to assist in managing common areas within a building.
Profile single page view – Details panel
Based on your feedback, the Ownership, Property and Tenancy profiles detail panel have now been relocated to the top of the screen, further improving visibility.
Classic Profile view has been retired
With the relocation of the details panel, the Classic view has now been retired.
Communications History Subject line
The Subject line has now been included in the Communications History grid and is available for all communication types including Ad-hoc.
MRI Property Connect Tenant app
It’s now easier for your tenants to log in to MRI Property Connect using their login details from any of the following:
Microsoft, Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Apple (only for iOS users).
New to Partner Gateway – Sorted Services
You can now integrate Sorted Services to Property Tree via the Partner Gateway. Sorted is the industry-leading platform that helps property managers transparently manage their portfolio, saving time on everything from application management and screening to signing tenants, vacates and renewals.
