MRI Property Rockstars: Maria Carlino of The Agency

In this episode of MRI Property Rockstars, Maria Carlino, National Head of Property Management at The Agency, shared how overcoming a crisis can be a good opportunity to encourage growth moving forward.

Focusing on their wins despite the challenges of the pandemic gave Maria and her team a new perspective in upholding their value to customers. “The next 12 months for us is going to being able to promote our successes and how we’ve been able to get good stories across,” said Maria. Nurturing talent is also a top priority in ensuring their business keeps up with the demands of the changing times. “There are a lot of great people out there, and we’re looking at expanding our talent pool by teaming up novice talent with experienced people.”

Maria also highlighted the importance of technology in running a business efficiently. “For us right now, if we get the right platform, a good cloud-based platform where we can streamline an integration, it’s secure, reliable and accessible then we’re on the right path,” said Maria adding that Property Tree has all that they’re looking for. “We’ve got a lot of great tools that we’re integrating with Property Tree. And it’s making life a lot easier for us property managers.”
