Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea achieves efficiencies with MRI Horizon

The Social Investment and Property team at Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) recognised that managing their portfolio could be more efficient by centralising all property data. The council decided to implement a property management solution to help manage a variety of portfolio types and leasing structures.
