Far East Consortium’s in-house operations business Found, go-live with MRI Qube Property Management and MRI Managed Services
Far East Consortium (FEC), a listed Hong Kong development company have implemented MRI’s Qube Property Management software as the foundation for their property management and accounting processes.
The Group expanded into the UK in 2011 and have launched an in-house operations business called Found, headed up by the experienced industry professional, Gemma Price. Found’s mission is to be the No1 experience led, brand centric 360 lifestyle operator in the UK. Found is overseeing a mixed tenure portfolio of build to sell, and third-party landlord rentals offering, plus a commercial portfolio with a build to rent portfolio coming soon.
Found went to market in search of a solution capable of diverse portfolio management and accounting capabilities which could support service charge management as well as residential rental and landlord accounting and commercial asset management.
After an extensive market review, Found chose to implement MRI Qube PM to leverage its market leading features for developers and managing agents working across the private residential and mixed-use spaces.
