Dandi Living go live with MRI, on time and within budget.
Dandi Living recently went live with the successful implementation of the MRI Living Property Management suite. The co-living operator is now fully trained and operational on the use of their new MRI Qube Property Management solution.
Dandi began their MRI Living implementation around four months ago, going through a series of workshops with MRI’s experienced consultancy team. During this process, all key aspects of the solution were covered with an emphasis placed on preparing and migrating data whilst ensuring that configurations were put in place.
Sam Smith, Director of Operations & Leasing for Dandi Living, had the following to say:
From the outset, the decision to integrate MRI Qube into our business operations was driven by a need for efficiency, transparency, and enhanced management of our portfolio. I am pleased to report that the implementation process was a big success, thanks to the dedicated support from the MRI team.
This project demanded a strict timeline and as such, Dandi chose to invest in some additional consultancy services from MRI. This additional support ensured that there was more than adequate resource around configuration during their testing period. This allowed Dandi to accelerate through the normal onboarding process and get all systems ready and operational in time for the go live date.
The whole project was overseen by Alex Poole, Project Manager for MRI, who simultaneously manages a number of similar projects – providing project management governance, budget reporting and proactive risk mitigation throughout the process.
Sam reflected on the experience of working with Alex and the rest of the MRI team:
The support and training provided by the MRI team were instrumental in the success of the implementation. The transition was smooth, and our staff quickly adapted to the new system, minimising any disruption to our daily operations. Ongoing support has been prompt and effective, ensuring that we maximise the benefits of MRI Qube.
As Dandi continue to transition into the ‘Live Phase’ of their project and incorporating MRI Qube into their daily operations, the remaining portion of their extensive 750+ unit portfolio is being readied for migration. In the future, Dandi will investigate further partnerships and MRI solutions to enhance their tech stack, all with the aim of ensuring exceptional levels of support for their customers.
