Castleton exhibited and hosted a seminar session at the Enhancing Housing Services Conference, 4th July, 2018. Having supported the event for the past 3 years, it was a pleasure to be back at the Victoria Park Plaza London, to showcase what Castleton is doing in line with the conference theme, ‘Reshaping Housing Delivery & Improving Communities’.The event was a great success; it is well attended and gave Castleton the opportunity to catch up with current customers as well as meet with prospective clients.The Castleton stand was busy throughout the event, with the new Castleton Housing system being a hot topic for discussion.

Castleton also hosted a seminar session alongside contractor customer Wates, on ‘Using technology to enhance planned and responsive maintenance services’.

Castleton and Wates Living Space are working together to offer market-leading planned and responsive maintenance services for local authorities and housing association partners.

Wates offer tailored and integrated services to meet the strategic needs of individual customers, focusing on the areas that matter most to them. This includes delivering value for money and exceptional customer service.

The outcome of Wates services and Castleton’s integrated technology is better quality planned and responsive maintenance services and more satisfied residents.
