Carr & Priddle selects MRI Qube PM to support management and accounting functions

Multi-disciplinary managing agent Carr & Priddle has chosen to implement the MRI Qube PM solution to support its management and accounting functions across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Based in Brighton, the organisation offers a complete property service to its clients including commercial disposals, sales and lettings, acquisitions and management, residential lettings management, valuations, transit locations, portfolio management, rent reviews, lease renewals, ratings, building surveys, schedules of dilapidations and wants of repair.
