Our next Transformative TechFast event, hosted at the iconic Curzon Cinema in Hoxton, will put AI on the big screen – showcasing bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and cross-industry insights. We’ll bring together leading voices from business, academia, and technology for a panel session to explore how AI is reshaping other sectors and uncover the lessons real estate can take away to accelerate its own future.

This event is brought to you by UKPA and BPF, supported by AREF, and sponsored by MRI Software. Together, we’re convening a community of PropTech organisations and real estate professionals to share strategies, exchange ideas, and spark collaboration.

Introduction to UK PropTech Association and BPF

The British Property Federation is the voice of the real estate industry in the UK. Our membership reflects the diverse nature of our industry – owners, developers, funders, agents and advisers. We work with our members to support a diverse, successful and sustainable real estate industry recognised for the contribution it makes to society. 

The UK PropTech Association The UK PropTech Association is a not-for-profit membership organisation set up in 2018. Our goals are to drive the digital transformation agenda within the property industry by promoting engagement between PropTech and property businesses and creating a conducive environment for PropTech innovation. 

In October 2023, the UKPA and BPF merged to bring together the two networks across the sectors to aim for a more collaborative and innovation-focused future for the real estate industry.   

The merger brought together the BPF’s membership of close to 400 property owners, investors, developers and advisors with the UKPA’s community of over 1,000 entrepreneurs, solution providers, venture capital investors and PropTech innovators to help to drive deeper connections and now, in 2025, are working together on a new joint venture to help to drive innovation within Real Estate.
