MRI Portal Privacy Notice

This privacy notice tells you what to expect from MRI Software LLC (“MRI,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) with respect to your personal information, when you use our portal products, or applications.  We will endeavor to protect, develop, and use technology that provides a safer online experience for the consumer (“you” or “your”) and have created this privacy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our firm commitment to secure and trustworthy internet commerce and the individual’s privacy.

MRI acts as a technology service provider and processor to property managers, owners, and occupiers (MRI’s clients).  During the course of our engagement with our clients, they may input personal information about their residents into MRI’s software systems, to help manage properties and tenant information and provide residential services to tenants.  If you are a resident of one of our clients, this might include personal information about you.  Recording this information is critical to our clients’ business operations so that they can fulfill their contractual relationships with respect to their properties and tenants.  As a service provider or processor, MRI does not control or make decisions about this information.  In many circumstances, MRI may not be required or even permitted under law to erase or forget your information.
