Kieser Australia is on an ambitious growth trajectory to significantly expand its network of physiotherapy and exercise clinics in both metropolitan and regional areas. With 27 sites already in operation, its goal is to reach 50 sites within the next four years.

However, managing numerous and varied leases using an outdated spreadsheet-based system meant there was no single source of truth for critical terms and conditions.

The geographically diverse portfolio was further complicated by distinctly different types of lease agreements, along with design, fit-out, and maintenance challenges. All of these hindered planning.

A clear understanding of Kieser’s versus the landlord’s responsibilities was needed, but essential information like upcoming option dates and sites flagged for relocation were often missing or hard to find.

The team needed to be sure of lease renewal dates to plan exit strategies and transition to larger locations if necessary, but the ability to track these details in its system was limited.
