Integration Overview

Administrators in Property Tree can activate the RentPay Integration to sync tenancy information with RentPay. This integration will allow property managers to easily set up and invite renters to RentPay using the RentPay Property Manager console.

This integration will sync with the following Property Tree information, such as:

  • Properties information
  • Ownership information
  • Tenancy information
  • Agent and agency details

Properties that are managed by the Property Tree account are synchronised daily, as well as on demand when the Create Tenant page is loaded in the Rentpay Property Manager Console. When a property has been selected in the Rentpay Console, this endpoint is called to retrieve tenancy and contact information for that particular property on demand. This data is not cached locally, however the applicable Property Tree data for the specific tenancy and contact is used to pre-populate the Create Tenant form. From there a tenant can be created in RentPay.
