What’s New in Strata Master Version 11?

Strata Master v11 and File Smart v7.9 are here! In this release we have focused on all the small things you told us would make life that much easier in User Voice.

Let’s take a closer look at the range of enhancements that were designed to save you time and make using your preferred strata management software a breeze.

New Owner Selector options

Searching for an owner is now much faster thanks to new options in the Owner Selector screen that allow searching for an owner by email address or mobile phone number.

Invoice Enhancements

You’ll have much more flexibility when issuing Miscellaneous Owner Invoices, with the ability to adjust the GST component of an invoice directly, set a specific due date for the invoice to be paid, and much more.

Communication Wizard Enhancements

Get the information you need in just a few clicks. The preview screen now displays the plan number, unit number and lot number, along with any additional contacts.

New Portal Reports and Fields

Financial Group reports have been added to the owner and committee portals and new fields have been added to the existing reports available on the portal to bring them in line with the options in Strata Master.

More Enhancements

Reports are easier to use, with added fields and more customisation, and a new searchable folder named Miscellaneous has been added to the File Smart library.
