Profile Summary – Single Page View
A new way to view your profile is coming your way soon. We have been working on a single view of Owner, Property & Tenancy profiles, further enhancing the way you experience Property Tree. Owner Consent for the Electronic Service of Notices and Documents
You can now report if an owner has consented to electronic service of documents. This will allow your owners contacts to be excluded from email communication when sending single or bulk emails, inspection letters from the Inspection Planner and when sending statements.
Now you can pay creditors in bulk by BPay using your Westpac Live account.
Financial Hardship Notation
Now you can identify tenants who are experiencing financial hardship and renegotiated rent due to COVID-19. The new financial hardship notation will appear on the tenants ledger if you are entering a renegotiation due to financial hardship. You also have the option to create a customised name if preferred.
