Gerard Hill: Going the extra mile in property management

Gerard Hill joins us in the latest episode of Rockend Rockstars to discuss the qualities he looks for in every member of his property management staff and how he created a winning culture of integrity and work ethic in his real estate agency. He also shares the effect staff loyalty and commitment can have on customers.

Director of Raine & Horne Newtown and Graeme Skarrett Awardee Gerard Hill started by buying the business back in 1999. He then grew the humble office staffed by six members to a powerhouse team of 25 outstanding people with 1500 properties under management and a host of record sales.
