Property Perspective selects MRI Software to support strategic growth


Property Perspective, part of the Perspective Group, has chosen MRI Software to support with evolving its reporting and sales progression processes as it enters an ambitious new phase of growth. 

For over 18 years, Property Perspective has specialised in managing part exchange and assisted move schemes for National and regional Housebuilders. Trusted by a wide range of Housebuilders and recognised for consistent delivery from initial valuation through to legal completion, the business was ready for a platform capable of supporting increased scale and complexity. 

Reporting sits at the heart of Property Perspective’s client service. The team delivers twice-weekly marketing and sales progression updates, alongside detailed KPI reporting across valuations, instructions, sales agreed, exchanges and completions, all segmented by housebuilder, region and site.

MRI’s configurable sales progression module enables the team to customise milestones, record key dates and track full-chain activity providing clients with the clarity needed to make informed commercial decisions.
