LSH Residential adopts MRI Software to drive AI efficiency across UK’s largest specialist mixed private residential portfolio


Lambert Smith Hampton Residential (LSH Residential) has partnered with MRI Software to power its next phase of growth, with a sharp focus on AI-driven features providing automation to support its rapidly growing client base.

With 65,000 homes under management, LSH Residential are the UK’s largest specialist cross-tenure private residential agent and sit within Connells Group, the UK’s largest private residential property services provider. LSH Residential have made a significant investment to centralise its tech stack to gear for further growth, moving to MRI’s integrated Living suite. LSH Residential will consolidate six existing technology providers, simplifying operations and creating a unified dataset across Build to Rent, PRS, and leasehold management services.

A key feature of the project is the embedding of AI tools to abstract and process lease data during portfolio onboarding, eliminating manual processes and accelerating integration timelines.

Additionally, LSH Residential will leverage AI enabled invoice processing through MRI’s AP Essentials module, which will see them reduce invoice processing time by up to 75%. The wider platform will help automate routine tasks for service charge management, customer billing, invoice processing, facilitates management and compliance with Building Safety regulations whilst delivering real-time insights through customisable reporting.

MRI Software’s functional modules – Qube PM, Sales and Lettings, Evolution, AP Essentials and the Engage Customer Portal suite – create a centralised, transparent ecosystem for managing complex, multi-tenure estates.

With one supplier and one dataset, we’re getting a 360-degree view of operations, enhancing service delivery and positioning ourselves to scale effectively.

LSH is projecting to achieve a 200% return on technology investment over three years, driven by 20% efficiency gains through automation and streamlined workflows.
