Established in April 2025, B2BPM has rapidly expanded its portfolio to 500 units within six months and is targeting an ambitious 10,000 units over the next five years. This significantly reduces manual processing time and streamlines accounts payable processes. In addition, the organisation has also launched MRI’s Engage Resident portal – fully branded as B2BPM – providing leaseholders with real-time updates, self-service options and a streamlined communication channel plus notifications which alert residents with important updates, ensuring transparency and convenience.
