A natural evolution: The Market Place moves to MRI Sales & Lettings for greater speed, scale and simplicity


For more than 15 years, The Market Place ran their lettings business using MRI’s Agency Central Platform; a trusted solution that supported their growth through key stages of their journey. With their portfolio expanding to over 500 properties, the team began to feel the strain of manual processes and required faster workflows.  

Nathan Dobson, Director at The Market Place, knew it was time to take the next step:

As The Market Place continued to expand, the team recognised that their success was creating new operational demands. Generating each statement, for example, could take upwards of 20 minutes – time that the team knew could be better spent on client service and strategic work.
