New E-billing Forms

8th October – REGISTER

Boost the take-up of Council Tax eBilling with our new hosted online form. Citizens can subscribe to eBilling without the need to log into a Portal account. Highly configurable, it allows you to offer either or both URL and PDF billing delivery options. The form will also dynamically check the payment method of the account, and ask the citizen if they wish to pay by direct debit if not currently doing so, with the usual Bank Wizard validation in-built. Submissions are updated directly into the Council Tax system.

 

NDR CIC Forms

5th November – REGISTER

Negating the need to maintain multiple online forms or to rely on receiving emails and calls, the Business Rates Change in Circumstances form offers your business customers a single point to submit all move details, including changes in ownership, tenancy and liability. Furthermore, the form allows businesses to check their potential eligibility for any discount, relief or exemption by asking a series of questions to determine their particular circumstances. The form is highly configurable to cater for an authority’s particular circumstances. Upon form submission, a Task is raised in the Business Rates system to alert users to view and act on the changes reported.

 

Arrangement Forms

19th November – REGISTER

Building on the functionality offered by the back-office Arrangements Manager, the Arrangements form allows both Council Tax and Business Rates customers to submit their own special payment arrangement plans. The form is highly configurable, allowing you to set your own criteria for what will be regarded as an acceptable arrangement. The submitted plan is updated directly onto the account. If it meets your criteria, the arrangement letter is issued. If not, a Task is raised for a decision to be made. The form helps struggling taxpayers who may be reluctant to engage with the authority directly to formulate and set up an acceptable payment plan, benefiting both taxpayer and authority.
