Castleton Australia Wins Community Housing Limited

Castleton is delighted to announce that Community Housing Limited (CHL) has signed a 3-year software and maintenance agreement in February. This agreement marks not only the first purchase of the Kinetics Housing/Greentree software since the recent acquisition but also the first in conjunction with the Castleton mobile platform.

Originating in 1993, CHL is significant in both size and scope in the Australian community housing sector with a portfolio of more than 6,000 properties under management across six states including Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania.

Castleton looks forward to working in partnership with CHL to implement a solution that drives organisational efficiencies, improves service delivery, and positively impacts CHL’s provision of end-to-end affordable housing development and long-term housing and tenancy management operations.
