OpenArch selects MRI Software to modernise operations across its growing portfolio
Openarch, a family-owned property investment company based in Cambridgeshire, has partnered with MRI Software to drive its technology transformation strategy and enable the next stage of its portfolio growth.
Managing approximately 1,300 units across commercial, residential and student properties, including mixed-use developments, OpenArch operates a fully in-house model, covering property management, asset management and maintenance.
As the business continued to grow with operational and regulatory demands also increasing, Openarch identified an opportunity to modernise its technology environment. A number of long-standing systems were being used across property management, finance and maintenance, with some processes still reliant on manual steps and workarounds. The team saw value in bringing these functions together within a more unified and connected platform.

OpenArch’s primary objective was clear; to reduce the pressure on its existing team by removing manual, repetitive processes.

By implementing MRI Software to manage residential tenancies, streamline maintenance operations, and access real-time dashboards and reporting, Openarch will unify its property, finance and operational data into a connected ecosystem. This will reduce duplication, streamline workflows, enable time savings, and give leadership instant visibility across the portfolio.
For OpenArch, the investment is focused on empowering its 30-strong team. By automating manual tasks and removing reliance on disconnected systems, the business expects to ease workload pressures, improve work-life balance and enable staff to focus on value-adding activity rather than repetitive administration.
