Do you have to pay for add-ons?

Do you have features to help our organisation manage COVID-19?

Do you support campus locations?
Yes, we do. We define a campus as a group of three or more buildings in the same location. Our Sales Team will be able to help with custom pricing, click here to contact them.
Do you support multi-tenant locations?
Yes, we do.
How do multi-tenant locations work?
Visitors select the company name they are visiting on the kiosk and then enter the dedicated sign-in process for the company they are visiting. Contact our Sales Team for custom pricing.
Does each multi-tenant need their own license?
Yes. You will need to register for the plan that best suits your business. Check out our pricing page for more details.
What can I use as a kiosk?
We have a number of different setup options depending on the hardware you want to use. These are detailed on our hardware page.
How often do you add new features?
We are continually evolving MRI OnLocation, and generally, release one or two key features a month. We consider all feedback, suggestions, and requests from our customers. You can contact our Support Team with requests for new developments.
Do you support Android kiosks?
No, we don’t. We only support iPad and Windows based tablets as kiosks.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We take data security very seriously; our servers are located in dedicated spaces at top-tier data centers and are protected by layered security defenses. MRI OnLocation servers are hosted at Tier 3, SSAE-16, or ISO 27001 compliant facilities. For more detail visit our Helpdesk.
How long do you retain my data for?
We retain your data for the lifetime of your license with MRI OnLocation.
Is MRI OnLocation GDPR compliant?

Is MRI OnLocation ISO certified?
Yes, we are. Firstly; like many cloud services, including our competitors, MRI OnLocation utilises AWS cloud hosting services. AWS has certification for compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, and ISO/IEC 9001:2015 and you can learn more about their compliance here.
However; just because a cloud service uses AWS, or another ISO certified cloud hosting service, it does mean the cloud service itself is automatically certified by association – it is not. Here at MRI OnLocation, we know that it takes a lot of trust to put your data in the cloud and so we ourselves are ISO27001:2013 certified. Learn more about our ISO certification.
