Over the past three years, MRI and Artic have partnered closely to build a tailored system that strengthens operational visibility, enhances workflow efficiency, and supports the high-compliance environments Artic serves particularly within healthcare. Building a system around client needs
To ensure the platform could support its long-term digital vision, Artic invested in developing internal a base of MRI “Super Users” and established a dedicated Digital Transformation Team. This team works directly with healthcare estate departments, helping them configure their own systems, reporting structures and dashboards within MRI Evolution.
Through joint development with MRI Software, Artic has built workflows and reporting tools that deliver accurate asset tracking, streamlined process management, and clear operational insight all while maintaining a simple, uncluttered user experience. Through the seamless integration between MRI Energy with MRI Evolution, Artic will have access to energy usage insights that will enable them to make data-driven decisions to enhance the efficiencies in their FM operations.

Artic has already supported five NHS Trusts in the deployment of MRI Evolution, helping estate teams discover the system’s full capabilities.
