Data Rooms for Secure File Sharing

Data Rooms provide a secure space for invitees to safely access sensitive files, and the refreshed experience reduces clutter while improving ease of use when creating and managing rooms. Activity logging enhancements now give clear visibility when rooms or access are activated or deactivated, offering greater transparency and control.

Design Made Easy with Canva in Vault

Creating property marketing content is now faster, easier, and more consistent. The new Canva integration with Vault allows you to design professional, on-brand marketing materials directly within Vault using your approved Canva templates. Property details such as address, price, and images are automatically populated into designs, reducing manual work and ensuring brand consistency across every asset.

Whether you’re creating social posts, brochures, or listing materials, this integration streamlines your workflow and enables you to generate polished designs in just a few clicks, without leaving Vault.

Before setting up the integration, please ensure the following requirements are met:

• You have a Canva Enterprise account to access brand templates
• Your Canva templates include data autofill fields for property details (e.g. address, heading, main photo).
