What’s new in Property Tree this August

New Profiles have arrived! Following many months of research, design and testing we couldn’t be more excited to launch the single biggest redesign of Property Tree, the new and improved Profile pages. This plus many more enhancements are now available for you starting this month in Property Tree.

Profiles in  Single View

As of today, everyone can now access important information across Ownership, Property and Tenancy profiles on a single page providing a faster, easier and more intuitive way to navigate your most viewed pages in Property Tree. With new Profiles you can:

• See detailed content for each Profile without ever leaving the page (or keeping several tabs open!).
• Get quick access to your Actions menu to help you complete tasks
• Improve efficiency when answering queries and communication with your Owners and Tenants
• Effectively view and switch between multiple properties linked to the Ownership
• And so much more.

Document Sharing for Portals

We’ve made document sharing and access easier for you and your clients. You can now share documents with owners and tenants via the Portals and turn on an option to view douments from the owner and property profiles on the tenancy profile.

Include archived properties in Strata Creditor Properties

You now have the option to include any archived properties on top of the default view of active properties when viewing the Strata Creditor Properties Panel.

Manage Rent Roll Export

Now you can check ownership and tenancy fees attached to a Rent Roll when viewing the Manage Rent Roll Export – especially useful for reviewing data when migrating or buying a rent roll.

Osko (NPP) payments now accepted

Payments processed using Osko (NPP) within the tenant download file for tenants, are now successfully accepted and processed within .bai files formats for ANZ and CBA banks.

New Partner Gateway integrations

More integrations are now available to enhance your Property Tree experience. You’ll now see the following integrations ready for self-activation in the Partner Gateway configuration page:

•  Maintenance Plus – Reduces the manual touchpoints of your maintenance workflow allowing property managers, owners, tenants and creditors to communicate through the one seamless platform. Features a native mobile app, automated invoice entry, automated compliance and more.
•  Maintenance Manager – A comprehensive maintenance management solution, which completes all trade verification for you, allows you to automate maintenance follow up and reminders, and ensures accurate audit trails are created, stored and available any time.
• Smoke Alarms Australia – Helps streamline your smoke alarms servicing and compliance.
