Property Snapshot upgrade

We’ve rolled out an upgrade to the Property Snapshot, delivering a cleaner layout and quicker access to key information.

• Hover to View Internal Price
  When you hover over the displayed Price, the Internal Price will now instantly appear, giving you immediate visibility without additional clicks.
• Property Website Link
  If available, a direct link to the Property Website is now conveniently located in the top right-hand corner, making it faster to access online marketing details.
• Cleaner Shortcuts
  To reduce clutter and improve usability, the Add Sticky Note and Create Event actions have been streamlined, creating a more organised and user-friendly snapshot view.

These enhancements are designed to improve efficiency, reduce on-screen clutter, and give you faster access to the information that matters most.

Recent property & contact search

With new keyboard shortcuts for quicker searching and a view of the last 10 properties or contacts you’ve accessed, you can jump straight back into recent records, no need to search again. It’s an easy way to pick up right where you left off and keep your workflow moving seamlessly.

Easier access to your property documents

We’ve enhanced the Filing Cabinet within the Property record to keep your documents better organised.

Property files are now grouped directly within the Filing Cabinet dropdown, including eTable documents, Owner Feedback files, and Attached files, making it easier to locate what you need in fewer clicks.

A cleaner structure designed to improve visibility and streamline file management.

Redacted Buyer Match results in the Vault App

When running a Buyer Match in the Vault app, it now displays results in a redacted format, showing how many buyers match a property without revealing their details.

It’s a powerful addition to appraisal presentations, helping you demonstrate real buyer demand while maintaining buyer privacy.
