Nothing! We will handle things entirely on our end. We will even migrate all your existing reports across. Once the transition has occurred, you can click on the Agora Insights button in Property Tree BI or head straight there yourself: MRI Agora Insights

If you’re already a BI Premium customer, you’ll continue to have access to all your existing reports plus the new dashboards.

If you’re not a BI Premium customer, you’ll still have access to the free reports included in the Agora Insights Core package but you’ll need to upgrade to Premium to unlock the full reporting suite.

You’ll be able to start logging in to Agora Insights from September 1st, 2025. If this date changes, we’ll let you know right away.

Yes. This change only affects the Business Insights module. Business Insights will remain in Property Tree for the next few months, but all new features and dashboards will only be in Agora Insights. We’ll give you plenty of notice before the final cut-over.
