How Property Tree’s integrations improve routine inspections

We understand that every business is different, whether that be in size, process or structure.  We cater for everyone – from a sole trader operating out of their home, to a multi-office agency with a rent roll of several thousand, all can operate on Property Tree.  With this in mind, we give you the freedom to choose that inspection app that’s right for you and your team by having not one, but 5 inspection app partners:

These inspection apps were chosen by Rockend for their ability to match Property Tree’s quality and robustness. We take data security very seriously and so you can be assured that our partners do the same.

2. They streamline the inspection process

Our integrations with 3rd party apps aims to make the end to end process of of scheduling, completing, reporting and communicating inspections quick and efficient.

Our 2-way integration allows you to pull inspection information from Property Tree into your chosen inspection app, complete the inspection in the app, and once complete generate a report that synchronizes back into Property Tree. This ensures all the information – including photos – are filed automatically and stored securely for future reference.

3. There’s no charge to connect

We don’t charge you to “plug-in” 3rd party apps – it’s all part of your Property Tree subscription.  You will however need to check with your chosen inspection app for the fees they charge to use their program.
