AI contact insights

AI Contact Insights brings key information and recommended actions into a single, easy‑to‑view panel within each contact profile. Instead of searching through timelines or notes, users can access on‑demand insights based on real engagement data.

On‑demand insights, when you need them

From a contact profile, users can generate AI insights at any time by clicking on AI Contact Insights. The system analyses activity, enquiries, and engagement history to surface what matters most right now.

Recommended next actions

AI suggests practical, prioritised next steps to help users stay organised and responsive. These are based on recent CRM interactions and task history, and may include:

  • Follow-ups already recorded in the system, such as appraisal requests with due dates
  • Responses to recent or overdue enquiries, shown alongside the related property context
  • Proactive outreach opportunities, such as relevant property matches based on prior interactions

Each recommendation includes an explanation of why it is being shown, along with indicators such as New or High, to support informed prioritisation.

Buying and selling signals

AI highlights patterns in recorded interactions that may help users understand where a contact could be in their property journey. These indicators are drawn from observable CRM activity and may include:

  • Property types and price ranges previously engaged with
  • Repeated interest in particular listings
  • Engagement patterns that may suggest an upcoming buying or selling decision

These signals are intended as guidance only and support professional judgement.

Urgency indicators

Time sensitive items already tracked in the CRM are clearly highlighted, including overdue follow-ups and tasks approaching or past their due dates. This helps users quickly identify contacts that may require timely attention.

AI‑generated conversation starters

To support more relevant outreach, AI suggests conversation openers based on existing CRM information, such as:

  • Recent interactions recorded with the contact
  • Properties they have viewed or enquired about
  • Recent activity that may warrant a check-in

These suggestions are designed to help users prepare thoughtful, context-aware conversations while remaining natural and personal.

One view, less manual effort

All insights are surfaced in a single panel, removing the need to manually review multiple records, notes, or communication histories.

Natural language filter

The new Natural Language Filter allows users to search using plain English, making it easier to find the right contacts, properties, or records without building complex filter logic.

Users can type free‑text queries instead of applying multiple manual filters. There is no need to know field names or filter structures.

AI‑driven intent interpretation

The system interprets user intent rather than relying on keywords alone, translating natural language into structured filters in the background.

Automatic filter creation

Based on the query, relevant filters such as status, activity type, timeframe, price range, or engagement signals are applied automatically.

Multi‑condition searches can be completed in a single sentence, reducing the need to stack filters one by one.
