MRI Software Named to Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies for Third Year in a Row

Achieves Three-Year Revenue Growth of 128%

Solon, Ohio – September 8, 2022MRI Software, a global leader in real estate technology, was named to the annual Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for the third year in a row. The list, compiled by Inc. magazine, is regarded as the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America, calculated according to revenue growth over the preceding three-year period. MRI Software increased its revenue by 128% during this time.

“We are once again honored to accept this recognition on behalf of the millions of MRI Software users around the globe,” says Patrick Ghilani, chief executive officer at MRI Software. “We’re proud to work hand in hand with our clients to fulfill our collective vision of making the world a better place to live, work, and play through human-centric, AI-first PropTech.”

He adds: “Our growth symbolizes a market-wide acceptance of an open and connected technology ecosystem that goes beyond bricks and mortar – it encompasses the hearts and minds of our clients and the communities they create.”

During 2021, the company grew its footprint across three continents, increasing its staff by 19% worldwide. The MRI Partner Connect program expanded its membership by 57%, resulting in the highest level of participation ever. Additions to the program across North America, EMEA and APAC included systems integrators, facilities management, workspace management, visitor management and ESG partners, creating even more opportunities for MRI clients to choose the best solution for their business.

Also in 2021, MRI enhanced its solution portfolio in multiple areas:

  • Expanded offerings to help real estate businesses address ESG responsibilities, sustainability, energy management and cost-savings.
  • Added products and services for CRM, facilities management, integrated marketing, lease accounting, and space and visitor management.
  • Enhanced its MRI LivingTM suite of property management solutions to reduce the risk of fraud for multifamily properties, staff, and residents. MRI’s CheckpointID leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to provide more accurate identity verification before prospect tours, and MRI Resident Screening offers income verification services to save time for property staff and reduce the risk of bad debt and evictions.
  • Enhanced its MRI @Work solutions for real estate occupiers with the launch of MRI Workplace Central, a comprehensive workplace management solution for real estate occupiers, enabling them to better understand and manage space usage and associated costs. MRI’s occupier software enabled a safe return to the office as new models of hybrid working, on-site safety protocols, and space usage emerged.

“As a founder of the PropTech industry, we’re proud to continue leading the way for innovation today,” Ghilani remarks. “Our longevity and growth are driven by a relentless dedication to clients, an amazing team of employees around the world, and our ongoing entrepreneurial spirit, all of which are reflected in our Inc. ranking.”

Clients can get a glimpse of MRI’s vision for the next-generation AI-first real estate platform at the upcoming Ascend users conferences taking place this fall.
