Patrick Ghilani
Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software, where he has led transformative growth, increasing revenue tenfold and earning MRI repeated placement on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.
Since becoming CEO in 2014, Patrick has led MRI’s global growth to more than 170 countries, championed innovation across real estate sub-verticals, and pioneered the industry’s progression to open, connected AI-powered platforms. His leadership has been recognized with honors including the Realcomm Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025 and the Julie Devine Digital Impact Award in 2019.
Prior to joining MRI in 2006, Patrick led strategy and operations for large-scale technology organizations across global industries, including nearly two decades in commercial and multifamily real estate.
Patrick is passionate about community and people-centric leadership. Under his tenure, the MRI Software Foundation was established to fulfill his vision of giving back to underserved communities by advancing education and housing assistance. With a leadership philosophy grounded in operational excellence and strategic insight, he serves on the boards of Insurity and Kinective. Patrick holds a B.A. in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
John Ensign
John Ensign is President of MRI Software, where he leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, operations, global technology, and legal affairs. He has spearheaded MRI’s ongoing inorganic growth strategy supporting the company’s global expansion, accelerating entry into new markets, and broadening its solution portfolio across residential and commercial real estate.
John joined MRI in 2010, bringing deep expertise in legal and operational leadership. Prior to MRI, he served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, a provider of property management software for small to mid-sized businesses. He began his legal career at Bricker & Eckler LLP, advising high-growth companies on corporate law.
John serves on the boards of Advantive, Doxim, and Inventure Holdings, supporting innovation and growth across diverse technology sectors. He holds a Master of Laws in Business and Taxation and a Juris Doctorate from Capital University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.
Susan Avelluto
Susan Avelluto is the Chief People Officer at MRI Software. In her role, she is responsible for the following global functions: human resources, DEI, recruiting, learning and development, and facilities. During her career, Susan has successfully built strong practices across all areas of human resources, which have profoundly impacted business success and financial performance.
Prior to joining MRI, Susan was the Global Head of Talent Development at PayPal, where she developed and fostered a culture of learning and development, performance development and feedback, people analytics as well as a wellness practice. Previous roles included senior Human Resources positions at Huntington National Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Bank of America. She has experience with many organization types, including SaaS and technology, real estate and mortgage banking, financial services, investment banking, and capital markets.
Susan graduated from LIU Post with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Mandira Mehra
Mandira Mehra is Chief Marketing Officer at MRI Software, where she drives the company’s global marketing strategy to sustain growth and strengthen MRI’s position as a leading provider of real estate software. With a proven track record in building world-class brands and delivering data-driven demand generation programs, she has played a pivotal role in expanding MRI’s global presence and fueling its business momentum since joining the company in 2016.
Before MRI, Mandira built her career leading marketing teams that delivered measurable business impact across a range of technology companies, from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 firms. She held marketing leadership roles at Internap, TANDBERG Television, and GoldPocket Interactive, where she helped scale go-to-market programs and drive sustained growth. Mandira began her career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte).
Mandira serves on the boards of the MRI Software Foundation and Odyssey Atlanta, a nonprofit dedicated to preparing “middle third” students from Atlanta public schools for college and lifelong success through transformative academic enrichment. Mandira holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Williams College and a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School.
Roman Telerman
As Chief Financial Officer of MRI Software, Roman Telerman leads the company’s global financial organization, including strategy and operations, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, procurement, internal audit, and tax functions. He is recognized for guiding financial strategy and execution that consistently drives enterprise value creation. Roman’s leadership is instrumental in driving profitability and scale for the company, resulting in a tenfold increase in revenue during his tenure.
Roman previously held the role of Vice President of Finance at MRI and has been with the company since 2010. Prior to joining MRI, Roman worked at KeyBank, a large bank-based financial services company.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Roman holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Finance degree from Cleveland State University.
Terry Keller
Terry Keller is Chief Technology Officer at MRI Software, where he leads the company’s global technology strategy and operations across IT, security, and platform innovation. A driving force behind MRI’s scalable architecture, open data strategy, and AI advancements, Terry has overseen the growth of MRI’s cloud services to more than four million active users worldwide.
Over his two decades with MRI, Terry has held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology. His deep expertise and vision have been central to MRI’s technological evolution, product innovation, and sustained growth. Previously, he held IT leadership roles at 1 EDI Source and ActionLink.
Terry is also an active member of the Real Estate Cyber Consortium, where he promotes cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
Eric Walsh
Eric Walsh is Executive Vice President and Executive Managing Director, North America at MRI Software, where he leads strategy and operations for the region. He is responsible for driving product innovation tailored to the North American market, overseeing regional services and support, and directing sales and partnership initiatives across the region. Eric is deeply focused on client success, working to align MRI’s offerings with the evolving needs of real estate organizations across North America.
With over 20 years in enterprise software, Eric has held senior roles in both public and private companies. At MRI, he previously served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations, guiding worldwide client delivery functions and company operations. Before joining MRI, he was Senior Vice President of Professional Services at NCR, and held leadership positions at SunGard, FIS, and PowerSchool, where he led teams through rapid growth and strengthened his passion for client success.
Eric combines his love for the outdoors with community service. A former professional rock climber, he remains active in the mountains and volunteers with nonprofits supporting animals and people in need of shelter. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
David Bowie
David Bowie is Executive Vice President and Executive Managing Director of Asia Pacific at MRI Software, where he leads the company’s strategy and operations across the region. He is responsible for driving product innovation tailored to the APAC market, overseeing regional services and support, and directing sales and partnership initiatives across the region. David has overseen MRI’s dramatic growth in APAC by advancing customer-led strategy, market diversification, and organizational culture and is regarded as an authentic, people-focused leader.
Prior to joining MRI in 2020, David spent nearly two decades at Data Analytics and AI leader SAS, where he rose to Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand and led the subsidiary through significant growth, market expansion, and business transformation. He began his career at PwC before moving into technology consulting and went on to achieve large-scale client success and organizational growth in leadership roles at IBM and Dimension Data.
David serves on the board for RiSE Initiative Australia – an organization working to build awareness and education about mental health and wellness in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from University of New England and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dermot Briody
Dermot Briody is Executive Vice President and Executive Managing Director, EMEA at MRI Software, where he leads strategy and operations for the region. He is responsible for driving product innovation tailored to the EMEA market, overseeing regional services and support, and directing sales and partnership initiatives across the region. Dermot has been instrumental in establishing and expanding MRI’s business in EMEA, building it from the ground up into a leading, large-scale provider across the region.
With more than three decades of enterprise software leadership, Dermot has held international management roles on three continents. Prior to joining MRI, he served as Regional Director for Misys Financial Software (now Finastra) in both Asia and Europe, where he delivered significant business transformation and market expansion.
Beyond his corporate role, Dermot is a board member of the MRI Software Foundation in EMEA and an active supporter of organizations tackling homelessness. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Henley Business School and a Master of Business Studies in International Marketing from University College Dublin.
