MRI OnLocation leveraged Hudson Yards’ existing camera infrastructure and deployed its state of the art technology remotely from the UK. This enabled the team at Hudson Yards to hit the ground running in understanding traffic levels and flows in and around the mall and inform leadership on trends, and monitor occupancy levels with visibility across the organization for safety and customer experience.

By using the analyzer and app, Hudson Yards are able to report on live counting, view comparative variances, monitor demographics which enables them to remain on the pulse of their customer profiling, and use predictive tools to make informed decisions that supports the optimization of the mall.
