MRI Software is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our Internal Applications team!  The ideal candidate for this position will possess the ability to work closely with the Internal Applications team and cross functionally with the business in support of our Salesforce implementation.  Candidates will be involved with the ongoing maintenance and support of our production environment as well assisting with onboarding MRI acquisition companies into MRI production environment.  This collaborative team works with the business units across the entire organization to deliver the tools needed for sales, service, marketing, and support of our customers.  Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor, manage and resolve client tickets related to production environment
  • Assist Salesforce Solution Architect and developers with implementation and testing of new functionality
  • Maintain System and User Security; manage integration accounts, user access privileges and record sharing setup
  • Perform routine updates and modifications to existing functionality using picklists, formula fields, validation rules, rollups, custom objects
  • Monitor System Health; release readiness checks, observe governor and object limits
  • Documentation; create and update user guides, process maps and standard operating procedures
  • Continued Personal Development; maintain complete and up to date knowledge of Salesforce releases and best practice recommendations
 
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Science, Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Familiarity/experience with Salesforce integrations/connected apps such as Open Air, NetSuite, Skuid, Workato, RingLead, OwnBackup, DealHub, Pardot, ServiceNow and Workday preferred
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with all levels of management to ensure the successful completion of projects on a deadline 
  • Able to translate business needs and derive system solutions 
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with change management processes and best practices
  • Detail-minded and able to perform all tasks necessary to complete projects with a high degree of accuracy
