We are expanding quickly and are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and entrepreneurial individual to join our Occupier/CRE Solutions Sales Team. We are looking to hire a Channel Account Executive, who has at least two years’ experience of selling ‘business to business’ software solutions. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a managing agent and will understand the industry and their structure. You will be responsible for managing and increasing revenue from our channel partner customer base and will manage the relationship with large managing agents such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The role will be to manage these accounts and help them win new clients using MRI solutions as part of their bids to global corporates and large property investors. You will have an opportunity to sell a broad range of real estate solutions aimed at different market sectors and solving different problems for our customers. The role requires solid sales skills coupled with an ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities
  • Professionally represent MRI and our full suite of property investor and occupier solutions
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of MRI’s solutions and the markets in which we operate
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to proactively identify and close new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives
  • Work with our high value channel partners clients such as CBRE, C&W and BNP Paribas Real Estate to win new clients based upon MRI Platforms
Requirements

•Track record of achievement operating in a target driven environment
• Experience of working in a sales role within a managing agent or enterprise software solutions sales experience
• Ability to identify opportunities and cross-sell across other MRI products
• Hungry for success, always looking for ways to improve and learn
• Self-sufficient needing little supervision
• Ability to multi-task, managing complex sales projects, sometimes with long lead times
