MRI Software is seeking a Software Sales Representative to join our team in Edina, MN! We are currently seeking Business to Business sales professionals with the desire to join a rapidly growing company to accommodate for our global expansion. The individuals will focus on our residential and pre-employment screening software solutions. This is a great opportunity for dynamic and driven sales professionals to continue their career with ample amount of growth potential.

As a Software Sales Representative focused on our residential and pre-employment screening software solutions, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with existing clients to identify their critical business issues, strategic initiatives and pain points that may lead to those clients expanding licensing to add an MRI screening solution
  • Working with other sales team members to collaborate and create strategies for calling on existing clients
  • Driving and managing a complete sales process inclusive of targeting top prospects, identifying competitive client and market solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, performing software demonstrations, negotiating and closing opportunities within an assigned territory

Skills & Requirements
  • Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities and lead generation
  • Uncover and comprehend prospect pain points for the purpose of presenting the correct solution
  • Manage base level sales negotiations and complete the corporate contracting process
  • Bachelor’s degree with preferred focus in business, finance, real estate, technology or marketing
  • Presentation skills, with ability to demonstrate software to prospects
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
