Self Help: Making the Most Out of MRI’s Web Help and Manuals
The MRI Documentation team creates the helpful content that you and your employees, as end users, have access to every time you use your MRI products. This content includes various tools such as online web help, MRIFLIX Support Videos, training videos, and more. Below, you’ll find brief descriptions of a few key resources that can enable you to better harness the full power of your MRI software. Please keep in mind that this information, while beneficial, is not exhaustive, and that these resources are frequently updated to cover new features and to comply with best practices.
Online web help
One of the best resources for those who use MRI on a daily basis is our online web help. Our online web help offers users comprehensive content about individual products and is consistently updated with information on new features and enhancements.
You can get to online web help from MRI Platform X. In Platform X, look at your left-hand navigation menu and select the Help Icon . You can use the Contents option to view topics by module, or use the Search option to search for a keyword or topic.
If you are looking for one particular process, you can select the help icon to open our help documentation to the related module. This can save you time when searching for a particular process.
MRIFLIX Support Videos
MRIFLIX Support Videos cover a wide variety of topics regarding many of our products. These videos are one of the quickest ways to find answers to common support questions, view ‘how to’ guides, and see overviews of new features. Videos are three to seven minutes long and feature in-product reviews that are available to share with all users.
These helpful videos can be found in the MRIFLIX Support Video section of the myMRI Client Portal. They’re also accessible within several of our products by selecting the MRIFLIX Support Video option from the left-hand menu.
Product documentation on the myMRI Client Portal
MRI product documentation is available to download from the myMRI Client Portal. Within product documentation, you will find release notes, manuals, and reference guides.
Each release receives its own set of notes detailing what is included in the particular release. Release notes contain a list by product of enhancements, corrected issues, known issues, and database changes applicable for any release. Installation and system requirement guides are also available to you. Product documentation on the myMRI Client Portal is clearly labeled to indicate both content and product version, and these PDFs are searchable for ease of use.
Knowledge Articles
The myMRI Client Portal also features a section that includes our library of Knowledge Articles. Knowledge Articles contain a variety of information including how to complete setup, how to resolve common error messages, and other general knowledge on daily processes. Users of the myMRI Client Portal can search by keyword or topic, and they can also use the filters available to narrow results by module or application.
From the myMRI Client Portal, select the Knowledge Article section to search and view articles. Many of our articles also feature MRIFLIX Support Videos.
