As part of the services that your business partner provides to you, they have elected to send electronic signature to you using the MRI Secure Sign product provided by MRI Software LLC. In order for MRI to provide those e-signature services to your business partner, we collect certain personal information about you from that business partner. The categories of personal information are listed below. That personal information is transferred and stored at various locations around the world. The potential locations for such storage are listed below. MRI uses this personal information solely for the purposes of providing the MRI Secure Sign product to you and your business partner. Neither we nor our own service providers sell your information.

How long do we keep your data?
MRI holds your personal information provided as part of the MRI Secure Sign product until the earlier of: (i) twelve months following the end of the contractual relationship with the client of MRI (your business partner); (ii) twelve months following the date on which the client of MRI (your business partner) removes the personal information; or (iii) a verified erasure request, which is not subject to an exception for not erasing the data.
What do we do with your data
MRI uses your personal information in order to generate the documents and enable the secure signature of those documents between you and your business partner (MRI’s client). MRI holds that data either in its offices or in its hosting providers. A list of those hosting providers is listed below:
