It’s been a little bit since we’ve done a product update and a lot has been going down.
In August, we threw in a handful of extras into our changelog and cleaned up a few bugs. September continued the fun as we launched our new ‘User Voice’ portal and unleashed some changes for our alerts so that you can use them in Custom Views. And just when you thought we were done, we dropped our new Holidays feature (more on that below).
A lot has been going on with our recent releases and even more so with our amazing team. We welcomed two new members to the development crew who have already shown they are a force to be reckoned with.

It feels like we’ve been waiting for this moment for an eternity, so much so, our team are feeling like they need a holiday. After months of anticipation, we have finally released our Holiday feature in Palace.
Manage some holiday homes? Currently, using Hostaway? Too easy, we’ve got you covered in more than one way.
Bringing you just what you need to manage your holiday bookings, we now have a unique tab in a property that allows you to add guest details for holiday or even casual stays. Along with this, we have built new transaction types to cater to this workflow and unique owner statement.
Now, you can manage the basics for your holiday bookings. However, if you’re looking for something a bit more on the next level, we’ve partnered up with the Hostaway team and created an integration that pulls all the info entered into Hostaway and brings it back into Palace so that you can run the trust accounting side of your business in Palace.

September already, this year really flu by
The countdown to 2023 is in full swing and as such, we start to look at what we can achieve together in the new year.
We always have ideas beaming out from left to right, however, how do we know whether these ideas are as great as we think? Well, the answer is with you!
