“How do I place a letterhead in Palace?”
If you have the required permission to access the Letterhead area under System and Settings this is where you can drag and drop the company’s letterhead. This article explains the formatting and dimensions that are supported: Placing your letterhead/logo into Palace
“Are we able to create email signatures?”
Under the active users’ area is an option to create individual signatures. Please see the following article: Adding a User Email Signature

I’ve been having trouble to get Palace loaded onto my iPhone and new laptop for some time and just don’t seem to be able to get it loaded. Some due to not being available at times. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to sort out myself and can’t seem to get it loaded. Sorry.
Palace’s legacy software uses Citrix. This can sometimes be rather tricky to install and with several options available, it does make it harder to install correctly. If the incorrect version is installed it will need to be uninstalled with a proper utility and not via the operating system’s removal procedure, especially if it is on a Mac. After some troubleshooting the installation was successful.
